Refund Policy
An activity fee will only be refunded in the event the participant is cut from the team due to lack of available space or as a result of a coach's recommendation to be denied an opportunity based on the evaluation of athletic talent and competition for a roster spot. For refunds requested due to other circumstances, a request to the Activities Director must be made via email, phone call, or personal visit. A request does not guarantee a full refund. No refunds will be issued if a participant is cut as a result of diciplinary action or if the athlete quits voluntarily.
