IMPORTANT PARENT INFORMATION

Please read before you register!

Athlete Check List:

1.  Schedule a physical.
   
   1. Sports physical are good from school year to school year.  
   2. To play sports in 2023-24 school year, physicals have to be current date after April 15, 2023.  
   3. You need to have your physical before you can register for any sports.

2. Sports Registration.
   
   1. When you have your physical, you can register for sports.
   2. When you asked to upload physical, we would like the whole physical.  If you are taking a picture of the physical form, we need the page saying athlete is “medically eligible for all sports without restriction” with the doctor’s signature.
   3. If this page isn’t there or we cannot read it, your athlete will not be able to practice until we have the correct paperwork.

3. Full Registration.
   
   1. All athletes are required to be fully registered BEFORE the first practice.  This is new this year!  If there is a financial need, please contact Mr. Foss at Bradley.Foss@k12.nd.us
